| 摘 要： | 采用紫外分光光度法测定了兽药盐酸沙拉沙星可溶性粉中盐酸沙拉沙星的含量.在酸性介质中,曙红B与盐酸沙拉沙星因静电引力作用形成复合物,发生红移现象,与曙红B相比,其最大吸收峰红移了23 nm.试验考察了介质浓度、染料用量、离子强度、表面活性剂等因素的影响,结果表明:当盐酸浓度为0.01 mol/L、曙红B用量为1.0mL时...
