| 摘 要： | 在分析当前河南省小麦生产发展中的技术问题的基础上,针对河南省小麦进一步增产途径、合理播期确定、整地和播种质量、足墒播种以及晚霜冻害问题进行了讨论,提出了强化中期管理增加穂粒数、选择适宜播期下限播种、确保整地和播种质量(尤其要强力推广镇压措施)、实施抗逆栽培、浇足底墒水节水栽培和正确认识半冬性、弱春性品种抗晚霜冻能力、做好晚霜冻后管理的理念和技术措施。
