不同烤烟品种游离氨基酸、蛋白质、烟碱含量的差异研究

摘    要:以常见烤烟品种K317、G80、NC82、KG11、云烟85、云烟87、翠碧1号、红花大金元的适熟叶片为材料,利用HPLC法、紫外分光光度法、凯氏定氮法分别测定了游离氨基酸、烟碱、蛋白质的含量。8个不同烤烟品种适熟叶片的游离氨基酸总含量为551.20~720.79μg/g,烟碱含量为1.38%~3.04%,蛋白质含量为5.17%~9.05%。不同烤烟品种游离氨基酸总含量无显著差异,而不同种类游离氨基酸含量差异极显著。不同烤烟品种烟碱和蛋白质的含量均存在一定差异。

Abstract:The ripe leaves of K317,G80,NC82,Yunyan85,Yunyan87,Cuibi No.1,Honghuadajinyuan were taken as examples.HPLC rule,UV spectrophotometry and Kjeldahl Method were used to determine the content of free amino acid,nicotine and protein,recpectively.The results showed that the total contents of free amino acid in different varieties of tobaccos remained almost the same(551.20-720.79μg/g),while the contents of each kind of free amino acid varied greatly.The difference also existed in the contents of nicotine and protein.
