摘    要:以菊花品种唐宇金秋幼嫩叶片为外植体,MS为基本培养基,研究了不同质量浓度生长调节物质组合(6-BA,NAA)对其愈伤组织诱导分化的影响。结果表明:唐宇金秋叶片诱导愈伤组织的适宜培养基为MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L;诱导丛生芽的适宜培养基为MS+6-BA3.0g/L+NAA0.1mg/L;生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.1mg/L;然后移栽到草炭∶珍珠岩∶蛭石(V∶V∶V=1∶1∶1)混合基质中进行培养,成活率为94%。

Abstract:Tissue culture and rapid propagation technique of Tangyujinqiu variety of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.with young leaves as the explants and MS as basic culture medium were studied in this paper.Results showed that the appropriate culture medium of callus induction of leaves was MS+6-BA 2mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L;the appropriate culture medium of cluster buds induction was MS+6-BA 3mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L;rooting medium was 1/2MS+NAA 0.1mg/L.The shoots were transplanted into the complex substrate with turf soil,vermiculite,perlite(V∶V∶V=1∶1∶1)and the survival ratio was 94%.This results provided important basis for the rapid propagation and industrial seeding culture of Tangyujinqiu.
