| 摘 要： | 采用培养皿配对培养的方法,对分离自贵州省8个地区(州、市)的烟草黑胫病菌(Phytophthora nicotianae var.nicotianae)的交配型进行测定.结果表明:来自贵州省主要产烟区的42株烟草黑胫病菌菌株均属A2交配型,未检测到其他交配型.据研究结果可初步认定,贵州省烟草黑胫病菌的交配型符合烟草疫霉... |

| Abstract: | Mating types of 42 isolates of Phytophthora nicotianae var.nicotianae isolated from eight areas of Guizhou province were investigated by the method of partnership culture in vitro on V8 medium.The results showed that the A2 mating type strains of P.nicotianae were the predominant in Guizhou province.Other mating types were not observed.According to the results,the geographical distribution of P.nicotianae mating type in Guizhou was in line with that of P.nicotianae Breda de Haan mating type in China. |
