汞对西洋菜的毒害效应研究

摘    要:为了研究西洋菜是否可以应用于有重金属汞污染的富营养化地表水体的治理和生态修复中,以不同质量浓度的汞处理3 d的西洋菜为试验材料,测定POD、CAT、SOD的活性、MDA含量以及可溶性蛋白含量的变化。结果表明,低质量浓度汞(小于1 mg/L)存在条件下,西洋菜细胞可以通过自身的调节减轻毒害,可以利用西洋菜进行富营养化水体的治理和生态修复;水体中Hg2+质量浓度达到1 mg/L时,西洋菜遭受到严重的氧化伤害,此时西洋菜很难在水体中存活。

Abstract:Nasturtium officinale R.Br.were grew in Steinberg medium suffered with different concentration of Hg2+ for 3 days to study the effect of Hg2+ on the plant to determine the feasibi-lity of using this kind of plant in water eutrophication restoration.Soluble protein content,POD activity,CAT activity,SOD activity and MDA content were measured.In low hydrargyrum concentration,the cells of Nasturtium officinale R.Br.can regulate themselves to decrease disaster,while when the plant was exposed to 1mg/L Hg2+ concentration,it was suffered so serious oxidant damage that it was difficult to survive.
