Ts-86提取液防治黄瓜白粉病的初步研究

测试了中草药Ts-86提取液对黄瓜白粉病的防治作用,并对其稳定性、持效期及抑菌谱等作了进一步研究。结果表明,Ts-86提取液的200倍液防效达93.35％,优于15％粉锈宁可湿性粉剂1 000倍液的防效;其酸碱稳定性与热稳定性较差,只在中性或微酸微碱条件下活性较高,且经100℃处理的活性最高;经100℃处理后,其500倍液防治作用的持效期可达6 d:抑菌谱相对广泛。

Preliminary Study on Ts-86 Extract to Prevent Powdery Mildew of Cucumber

Ts-86 extract was tested for the prevention effect on powdery mildew of cucumber and was further studied for the stability, the duration of the efficacy and the inhibitory spectrum of fungi. The results demonstrated that Ts - 86 diluted 200 times had 93. 35% of controlling the disease, being superior to 15% WP Triadimefon diluted 1000 times. The efficacy was not stable in different temperatures and pH values with its efficacy being betler in pH 6 - 8 and the best af-ter treated at 100 ℃for one hour. The duration of the preventive efficacy of Ts ?86 diluted 500 times to S . fuliginea could persist 6 days after treated at100℃ . The inhibitory spectrum to fungi was rather extensive.
