盛蕾期转基因抗草甘膦棉花对草甘膦的抗性研究

摘    要:为探索盛蕾期防治杂草的草甘膦适宜施药质量浓度,以抗草甘膦棉花KC07-58和非抗棉花o2c07-68为材料,在盛蕾期对全株喷施不同质量浓度(1、2、4、8、10 g/L)的草甘膦。结果表明,喷施不同质量浓度的草甘膦15d后,1、2g/L质量浓度下,抗性材料均恢复正常,而非抗材料均出现多头,质量浓度再增加对两者造成不同程度的影响。10g/L质量浓度下,非抗材料死亡率100%,抗性材料死亡率显著高于1、2、4、8g/L处理。各处理间,抗性材料总成铃数差异不显著,吐絮率差异亦不显著(除1g/L与8g/L之间差异极显著外)。抗草甘膦棉花材料KC07-58盛蕾期喷施草甘膦的安全浓度≤4g/L。

Abstract:Early stage reactions of glyphosate-resistant cotton material KC07-58 and non-resistant material o2c07-68 were observed by spraying glyphosate liquor at different concentrations to entire plant in full bud stage.Total boll numbers and wadding rate were also analyzed in this paper.The result indicated that there were different reactions between antigrass material and non-antigrass material.There was little effect to total boll numbers of antigrass material by spraying glyphosate liquor in bud stage,while significant effect could be detected at wadding rate.Safe glyphosate liquor concentration of glyphosate-resistant cotton material KC07-58 in bug stage should be ≤4g/L.
