仔猪大肠杆菌灭活菌苗的研制

从豫南地区部分猪场，采集１００余份病料，筛选出致病力强，具备Ｋ８８抗原的大肠杆菌菌株，再将不同来源的菌株制成灭活菌苗。实验结果表明，磷酸三钙苗免疫效果确实，母猪产前２周１次免疫，仔猪黄痢保护率８５％，仔猪白痢保护率６３％。适用于本地仔猪大肠杆菌的预防和控制。

Studies on the Inactivated E.coli Vaccine for Piglet Diarrhea

The strains of Escherichia coli with K 88 were isolated from over a hundred feces selecting in some pigfarms of Henan south, then these strains were applied to make inactivated vaccine. Experimet results showed that the vaccine was safe and effective. The pregnat sows were inoculated with the vaccine two weeks before parturition, the protective rates were 85% and 63% for piglets which infeeted yellow scour and white scour.The vaccine can prevent the disease of piglet diarrhea in a field application.
