香菇子实体多糖提取工艺优化研究

摘    要:香菇多糖是从香菇子实体和菌丝体中提取得到的高分子葡聚糖,具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、调节免疫功能等活性。采用热水浸提法对香菇939子实体多糖的提取工艺进行了优化,利用正交试验确定了影响香菇水溶性多糖提取率的诸因素的主次关系,依次是提取温度、料液比、浸提时间;热水提取的最佳参数:提取温度60℃、料液比(g/mL)1:10、提取时间1h。利用此工艺提取多糖得率为16.3%。

Abstract:Lentinan(LNT) is a glucan with macromolecular extracted from sporocarp and mycelium of Lentinula edodes,which shows prominent anticancer,antioxidant,immunologic-function-regulation activities,etc.The water-soluble polysaccharide was extracted by hot water,ane the influence factors were the extraction temperature (A),ratio of material to water (B) and extraction time (C) ordered according to the importance.The extraction process of LNT was optimized with orthogonal test.The optimal parameters were 60℃(extract temperature),1∶10(ratio of material and water) and 1 h(extraction time),and the extraction yield was 16.3% under the conditions.
