土壤干旱对小麦幼苗光合、蒸腾速率及水分利用效率的影响

摘    要:采用盆栽试验对土壤干旱下不同品种冬小麦幼苗光合、蒸腾速率和水分利用效率进行了研究。结果表明,各品种幼苗叶片光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度均随土壤水分的减少而呈降低趋势,叶片水分利用效率呈增加趋势。统计分析表明,冬小麦幼苗叶片光合速率、蒸腾速率和水分利用效率(WUE)与土壤水分之间均存在显著线性关系,说明土壤干旱对不同品种冬小麦幼苗光合速率、蒸腾速率和水分利用效率具有重要影响。

Abstract:Pot experiments were carried out to study the photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and water use efficiency of the seedlings of four winter wheat varieties under different soil drought.The results showed that photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,and stomatal conductance decreased and leaf WUE increased with soil water content declined.Regression models indicated that soil drought had important effects on the photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and water use efficiency of the seedlings of four winter wheat varieties.
