摘    要:测定了温度、湿度和紫外线照射对球孢白僵菌生物学特性的影响。结果表明:球孢白僵菌在17~32℃范围内均能生长、萌发,23~29℃为最适温度范围。菌丝的生长量和孢子萌发率均随着湿度的增加而升高,当相对湿度达到100%时菌落的生长量和萌发率均达到峰值,分别为35.4mm(10d)和98.8%,相对湿度低于75%,白僵菌的生长和萌发均明显受到抑制。紫外线照射严重抑制分生孢子的萌发。

Abstract:Effects of temperature,humidity and ultraviolet radiation on the biological characteristics of Beauveria bassiana were studied.The results showed that temperature for colony growth and spores germination ranged from 17 to 32℃.The optimum temperature range was from 23 to 29℃.The growth diameters of colony and germination rates of spores increased with the RH increasing.Growth diameter and germination rate reached the highest under 100%RH,35.4mm and 98.8% respectively.The colony growth and spores germination were inhibited significantly below 75% RH.The ultraviolet radiation severely inhibited spores germination.
