| 摘 要： | 从河南省罗山县和舞阳县烟区采集的土壤样品,经分离纯化获得6个真菌菌株,采用平板对峙法发现其中1株真菌对烟草黑胫病菌(Phytophthora nicotianae)有明显的抑制作用,其拮抗机理主要是拮抗作用、寄生作用和竞争作用。

| Abstract: | Soil samples were collected from tobacco fields in Luoshan and Wuyang counties,Henan province.After isolation and purification,6 fungus strains were obtained.It was found that,by pairing culture,one fungus strain had apparent antagonistic effect to tobacco black shank(Phytophthora nicotianae),and its antagonistic mechanism appeared to be antibiotic,parasitic and competitive actions. |
