一种自拟中药复方及其含药血清的抑菌效果

为了探讨自拟复方对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果,选用7种常见中药组成复方,以白头翁汤作为对照,采取传统水煎法提取药液,利用纸片法和试管二倍稀释法测定中药复方药液对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果;并分别制备2种复方的含药血清,观察含药血清的抑菌效果。结果表明:自拟复方药液的抑菌圈直径为20.3 mm,最小抑菌质量浓度为31.25 mg/mL,白头翁汤药液的抑菌圈直径为15.5mm,最小抑菌质量浓度为125.0mg/mL;以兔为试验动物,最后一次给药后1h采集的自拟复方的兔含药血清抑菌效果最佳,抑菌圈直径为11.5mm,白头翁汤的兔含药血清则是在最后一次给药后2h采集的抑菌效果最佳,抑菌圈直径为11.0mm。自拟复方的总体抑菌效果优于白头翁汤,为自拟复方的深入研究进而应用于兽医临床提供了理论基础。

The Effect of Antibacterial Activity of a Self-made Chinese Medicine Compound and Drug-containing Serum

In order to explore the antibacterial effect of a kind of self-made Chinese medicine compound on E.coli,seven common Chinese herbal medicines were selected as a compound.Pulsatilla decoction was used as a control and the liquid were extracted by the traditional decoction.The antibacterial activity was determined by disc diffusion method and tube double dilution method.The medicines of these compounds containing serums were prepared to observe the antibacterial effect.The results showed that the inhibition zone diameter of self-made Chinese medicine compound was 20.3 mm,longer than the 15.5 mm of Pulsatilla decoction.The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of self-made Chinese medicine compound was 31.25 mg/mL while that of Pulsatilla decoction was 125.0 mg/mL.The antibacterial effect of drug-containing serum of self-made compound collected at 1 h after the last dose was better,but for Pulsatilla decoction the serum collection time was better at 2 h.The inhibition zone diameters of drug-containing serums were 11.5 mm and 11.0 mm,respectively.This indicated that the overall of the antibacterial effect of self-made compound is better than Pulsatilla decoction,providing a theoretical basis for further studying of the self-made compound and its practical application.
