柿树种质资源叶片形态多样性研究及聚类分析

摘    要:对河南省辉县里沟村12个具有地域特征的柿树种质资源叶片的形态多样性进行了调查研究,结果表明:不同柿树品种之间的叶片形态指标发生了较大的遗传变异,叶片长度为10.2~15.1cm,变异系数为7.1%~14.5%,叶片宽度为6.3~9.8cm,变异系数为6.7%~15.8%,叶面积变化范围为47.2~110.6cm2,变异系数为12.9%~30.6%;5个叶片形态指标间差异均达到极显著水平,F值为18.759~53.553。聚类分析结果表明,12个柿树品种可分为4类,其中满天烘、土生杵头、牛心柿、变异杵头为第Ⅰ大类,叶片形状为纺锤形;水薄贴、杵头、水柿为第Ⅱ大类,叶片形状可归为长椭圆形;磨盘柿、扁壳、实生莲花、尖柿为第Ⅲ大类,叶片形状可归为椭圆形;实生扁壳为第Ⅳ大类,叶片形状为阔卵圆形。说明辉县里沟村的柿树资源具有较为丰富的遗传多样性,为今后柿树种质资源利用提供理论依据。

Abstract:Base on 12 persimmon germplasms with local characteristics in Huixian,the leaf shape diversity was investigated.The results showed that there were a large number of variations of leaf characters among the different persimmon resources;the variation range of leaf length was from 10.2 cm to 15.1 cm with the coefficient from 7.1% to 14.5%,the variation range of leaf width was from 6.3 cm to 9.8 cm with the coefficient from 6.7% to 15.8%,and the variation range of leaf area was from 47.2 cm2 to 110.6 cm2 with the coefficient from 12.9% to 30.6%.The variation among different persimmon germplasms reached a significant level with F value of five shape indexes of all over 18.759-53.553.In cluster analysis,based on the data of leaf index,12 persimmon species could be divided into four categories.Four species(Mantianhong,Tu Shengchutou,Niu Xinshi and Bian Yichutou) belonging to class Ⅰ,3 species(Shui Botie,Chu Tou and Shui Shi) belonging to class Ⅱ,4 species(Mo Panshi,Bian Ke,Shi Shenglianhua and Jian Shi) belonging to class Ⅲ and one species(Tu Shengbianke) belonging to class Ⅳ.This indicated a abundantgenetic diversity in persimmon in Huixian ditch and provided theoretical basis for germplasm utilization in the future.
