草履蚧幼虫化学防治药剂的筛选

为了有效防治草履蚧,在室内以药膜法评价了13种农药对草履蚧一龄幼虫的触杀活性。结果表明,丁硫克百威、联苯菊酯、氰戊菊酯、哒螨灵对草履蚧具有中等毒杀活性,在100μg/mL质量浓度下试虫的死亡率为50.0%～87.5%;杀扑磷、啶虫脒、异丙威、特丁硫磷的活性较高,在100μg/mL质量浓度下对草履蚧幼虫的致死率均达100%,进一步测定表明,其LC50值分别为9.15、0.69、0.66、0.61μg/mL。利用Gowing法对啶虫脒与异丙威的混用效应进行评价,发现二者混用起到增效的作用。建议生产上将啶虫脒与异丙威组合使用防治草履蚧。

Laboratory Screening of Insecticides for Controlling Drosicha corpulenta Kuwana

Thirteen insecticides were assayed to evaluate their toxicities by the glass-vial method in laboratory.The results showed that carbosulfan,bifenthrin,fenvalerate,and pyridaben had medium toxicity to the first instar larvae of Drosicha corpulenta Kuwana,with the mortality of50.0%-87.5% at the concentration of 100 μg/mL.At the concentration of 100 μg/mL,the mortalities of Drosicha corpulenta Kuwana by methidathion,acetamiprid,isoprocarb and terbufos were 100%,showing high toxicity to the insect.Their LC50 values were 9.15,0.69,0.66,and 0.61 μg/mL,respectively.The synergistic effect was found when acetamiprid was mixed with isoprocarb,evaluated by the Gowing method.Therefore,acetamiprid mixed with isoprocarb is proposed to use in production for control of Drosicha corpulenta Kuwana.
