提高河南大尾寒羊产肉性能配套技术研究

摘    要:经数据处理和屠宰分析,河南大尾寒羊的初生重、断奶重、6月龄活重等群体平均数与对照组的3个群体平均数之间存在着极显著的差异,即初生重提高20.30%,断奶重提高11.32%,6月龄活重提高11.10%;屠宰率、净肉率分别提高1.48%和1.72%,出栏期由原来的270天缩短到180天(习惯是9~11个月出栏)

Abstract:Results from data tested by complementary system techniques and slaughter analysis on the fat rump sheep in Jia County,Henan showed that there were very significant differences between the population averages of tested group and CK group on birth weight,weaning weight and 6 month live weight.Compared with CK group,the tested group had obvious increment on following characters:the birth weight,weaning weight and 6 month live weight were increased by 20 30%,11 32% and 11 10%resp.,the slaughter and net meat percentages also increased by 1.48% and 1.72% resp.,the time from birty to marketing shortened from the original 270 days to 180 days(sheep are habitually sold at the age of 9 to 11 months),and the marketing rate also improved.
