中华蚊母对反季节完全水淹的生理响应

摘    要:通过模拟三峡水库运行方案,在实验室内将中华蚊母完全水淹30d,分析水淹对其叶片光合色素、丙二醛(MDA)含量以及根系生物量和非结构性碳水化合物含量的影响,以期揭示中华蚊母在三峡库区新消落带的适应机制。结果表明:中华蚊母经完全水淹30d后,其叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b和类胡萝卜素含量分别比正常控水组处理(对照)显著降低41.78%、41.18%、41.62%、47.06%(P<0.05);根系生物量、可溶性糖含量分别比对照显著降低64.16%、41.41%(P<0.05);但叶片MDA含量和根系淀粉含量则分别比对照显著增加37.93%、145.54%(P<0.05)。完全水淹破坏了中华蚊母叶片结构,限制了其生物量积累,消耗了根部能源物质。

Abstract:Our objectives were to reveal the adaption mechanism of Distylium chinense(Fr.) Diels in Three Gorges Reservoir new hydro-fluctuation area.According to the operation scheme of Three Gorges Reservoir,the complete submergence trial in lab was executed.The effects of submergence on the content of photosynthetic pigments,MDA,root biomass and non-structural carbohydrates were analyzed.After 30 d complete submergence,the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll a+b and carotenoids were respectively 41.78%,41.18%,41.62% and 47.06% lower than the control.Meanwhile,the content of root biomass and soluble sugar was 64.16% and 41.41% lower than the control,respectively.However,the leaf MDA content and root starch content were respectively 37.93% and 145.54% higher than the control.To conclusions,complete submergence destroyed the leaf structure,limited biomass accumulation and depleted root energy substance of Distylium chinense(Fr.) Diels.
