摘    要:为筛选优化砂培漂浮育苗的营养液配方,以云烟85包衣种子为材料,采用砂培漂浮育苗方式研究了不同营养液配方对烤烟烟苗生长及农艺性状的影响。结果表明:与传统基质所采用的烟草专用育苗肥(CK)比较,T3配方的烟苗生长快,到达成苗期的时间较CK提前2d,成苗率高达96.4%,与其他处理的成苗率差异达极显著水平。T3处理烟苗地上部和地下部的干、鲜质量均高于其他处理,到成苗期,T3处理在茎高、茎粗、最大叶长和最大叶宽几个指标上分别较CK增加0.8%、3.2%、2.9%、7.1%。综合分析,T3营养液配方可应用于烟草砂培漂浮育苗。

Abstract:In order to optimize the nutrient formulations of floating system,the effects of different nutrient solutions on growth and agronomic characteristics of flue-cured tobacco seedlings in the floating system by sand culture were studied with Yunyan 85 coated seeds as material.The results showed that compared with CK,the growth of tobacco seedlings under T3 treatment was faster,moving up the time of seedling formation by about 2 days,and the seedling-forming rate reached 96.4%.The difference of seedling-forming rate of T3 treatment reached extremely significant level among all the treatments in this experiment.Both fresh weight and dry weight of above-ground parts and under-ground parts of plants under T3 treatment were higher than CK and those under other treatments.In the seedling-forming stage,stem height,stem diameter,maximum leaf length and leaf width of T3 treatment were increased by 0.8%,3.2%,2.9% and 7.1% respectively in comparison with CK.So the nutrient formulations of T3 were suited for tobacco to be used in floating system by sand culture.
