| 摘 要： | 对波槐F1羊、槐山羊的屠宰性能和肉质特性进行分析,结果表明:波槐F1羊体高、体长、胸围、管围均极显著高于同龄槐山羊;波槐F1羊的平均宰前活重、胴体重、胴体产肉率、肉骨比等指标均显著或极显著高于槐山羊;波槐F1羊肌肉中氨基酸总量显著高于槐山羊,不饱和脂肪酸显著或极显著高于槐山羊;槐山羊肌肉中的超氧化物岐化酶的活力显著高于波槐F1羊,丙二醛的含量低于波槐F1羊,但差异不显著。
