| 摘 要： | 为了优化农村土地资源配置,推动农业现代化,在分析影响农村土地规模经营的经济、社会、政策及农民自身因素基础上,提出加强农村经济建设、完善社会制度、加大政策宣传力度、提高农民自身素质等对策和建议,以此来加快农村土地规模经营步伐。

| Abstract: | In order to optimize the allocation of rural land resource and promote agricultural modernization,this paper analyzed the effects of different factors on rural land scale management,such as economic factor,social factor,and policy factor and farmers factor,and proposed some countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the rural land scale management,such as strengthening the rural economy,perfecting the social system,enlarging policy propaganda,improving the farmers' own quality and so on. |
