| 摘 要： | 植物对非生物性胁迫相关基因的响应是当前科学研究的热点之一,关于葡萄响应非生物性胁迫相关基因的研究颇多。综述了葡萄响应盐害、干旱、低温、热害、渗透等非生物性胁迫相关基因的克隆、转录、表达的调控方式和功能鉴定方面的研究进展,并对葡萄响应非生物性胁迫相关基因研究存在的问题和未来的研究方向进行了分析和讨论。

| Abstract: | Study on abiotic stresses is one of the hot fields at present,and much attention is attracted to the research on grapevine genes in response to abiotic stresses.This review summarized new progresses on cloning,genetic transformation,expression,and regulating patterns of genes in response to salt,drought,cold,heat,and osmotic stresses in grapevine.The current problems and direction were also analyzed and discussed here. |
