小麦籽粒戊聚糖含量及其稳定性分析

摘    要:通过对8个有代表性小麦品种戊聚糖含量的方差分析和稳定性参数的估算,结果表明,8个品种的戊聚糖含量平均为7.4621%,多数品种的戊聚糖含量居中、稳定性较好。综合戊聚糖含量,稳定性参数b和s2d来看,豫麦34号属于戊聚糖含量低,稳定性较好的品种。

Abstract:Variance analysis on pentosan content and estimation on stability parameter with 8 typ-ical wheat varieties showed that pentosan content in 8 wheat varieties was near to 7. 4621 % on average. Pentosan content in few varieties was significantly higher or lower than mean value. Stability of pentosan content was better in mainly varieties. According to pentosan content and stability parameter (b and s2d), Yumai 34 was a good variety.
