摘    要:为研究地被菊的抗旱能力,采用盆栽控水法进行干旱处理,研究不同程度干旱胁迫对地被菊光合生理特性及水分利用率的影响.结果表明,随着胁迫程度的加深,地被菊净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)呈下降趋势,轻度干旱胁迫下净光合速率与对照差异不显著.而胞间CO2浓度(Ci)在轻度干旱条件下下降,重度干旱胁迫下提高...

Abstract:The photosynthetic properties and water use efficiency were measured under drought stress with pot culture experiments to study the drought resistance of ground-cover chrysanthemum.The results showed that net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance all decreased with the increasing of drought stress,net photosynthetic rate had no obvious difference between light drought stress and the control.The intercellular CO2 concentration decreased under light drought stress,but increased by 30.6% with heavy drought.The water use efficiency increased with drought stress.The water use efficiency under moderate drought stress was 1.34 times compared with the control.The chlorophyll content increased by 6.2% compared with the control under lightly stress,but declined compared with the control under moderate and heavy drought stress.So,Ground-cover chrysanthemum had some adaptability to drought stress.
