摘    要:以烤烟品种K326为材料,研究了不同剪叶面积对烤烟漂浮育苗幼苗生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明,分别于第5,6,7,8片真叶出现时剪叶1次,每次剪叶面积为1/3~1/2,烟苗成苗时茎秆粗壮,茎、根较重,根/冠较大,根系发达,外观上达到了壮苗标准;同时,叶片硝酸还原酶和转化酶活性、烟苗根系活力及活跃吸收面积等较高(大),而SOD活性、抗坏血酸含量较高,说明烟苗抗逆性较强;脯氨酸含量和电解质渗透率较低,说明烟苗受逆境胁迫较轻。

Abstract:The effects of clipping off the 1/3-1/2 total leaf area at the emergence of 5,6,7 and 8 leaf,respectively,on the growth and physiological characteristics of flue-cured tobacco seedlings in floating system were studied by using the cv.K326 as experimental material.The results indicated that clipped seedlings showed stout stalks,heavier stem and root,greater root/shoot ratio and well-developed roots.Furthermore,clipping clearly improved the root vigor and the activities of the NR,SOD and INV,increased the active assimilation surface and the content of ascorbic acids,decreased the praline content and electrolyte leakage,indicating the seedlings had stronger resistance to stress.
