| 摘 要： | 对 36个山药品种资源进行了田间白涩病接菌鉴定 ,结果表明 ,采自河南省栾川县的野山药对白涩病免疫 ,采自偃师、嵩县、修武县云台山的 5份野山药 ,及栽培品种铁棍山药和日本圆山药表现高抗。沁阳野山药等 9份材料表现中抗 ,其余 1 9份材料表现为中感和高感 ,其中包括当前生产上的主要栽培品种如太谷山药。 |

| Abstract: | Identification on the 36 accessions under the artificial inoculation.In field result showed that Luanchuan wild yam was a immune species. 5 wild yam species from Yanshi,Songxian and Yuntaishan of Xiuwu,and cultivars such as Tiegun yam and Japanese round yam demonstrated high-resistance to (Cylindrosporium dioscoreae Miyabe ets.Ito) Nine accessions such as Qimyang wild yam were moderate resistant,and other nineteen ones containing the main cultivars such as Taigu yam were moderate and high susceptible to the leaf spot. |
