摘    要:应用AFLP分子标记,对甘蓝型油菜恢复系R4和保持系22B进行引物多态性筛选。在414对AFLP引物中,初步筛选到有多态性的引物组合147对;其中重复性好、多态性比率高的引物组合120对;每对引物可扩增出50条左右的条带,其中,多态性条带数为12.4条。AFLP是构建图谱中效率较高的分子标记。

Abstract:AFLP analysis were used in R4 and 22B, two parental lines in Brassica napus L. From the primary survey of 414 AFLP primer combinations, 147 AFLP primer combinations with polymorphism were selection, in which 120 AFLP primer combinations showed a high polymorphism ratio and a good repeatability. The bands amplified by each primer combination were 50, in which the polymorphism bands was 12.4. Based on the results, it can be concluded that high quality map will be obtained by AFLP molecular markers.
