酒曲在牛粪堆肥发酵中的应用研究

摘    要:研究了酒曲对堆肥腐熟速度的影响,并分析了酒曲中起主导作用的微生物种类。结果表明,牛粪堆肥中加入酒曲可促进堆体快速升温,酒曲添加量越大,升温越快,添加1 g/kg酒曲,可使高温期(>50℃)延长3~4 d,30 d后堆肥达到腐熟,白菜种子发芽指数为86%,而不添加酒曲的堆肥为基本腐熟,种子发芽指数为52%。表明向堆肥中接入酒曲可加快堆肥腐熟进程,缩短堆肥周期。酒曲中主要微生物种类为细菌、酵母菌和霉菌,其中细菌和霉菌对堆肥快速腐熟起到了主导作用。

Abstract:The effects of the distiller's yeast on cattle manure composting were studied.The activity of the microbes in distiller's yeast was analyzed.The results indicated that rising rate of temperature increased significantly by inoculation of distiller's yeast during composting process contro1.It has beenalso found that the more distiller's yeast were added,the faster the temperature rose.Especially,the duration of the composting temperature above 50℃ with inoculating distiller's yeast at 1g/kg was 3-4 days longer than the control.The compost with inoculating distiller's yeast at 1g/kg achieved maturity after 30 days,and its seed germination index(GI) reached 86%.However,the control only achieved basically maturity after 30 days and its seed germination index(GI) only reached 52%.Therefore,addition of adequate amount of distiller's yeast could speed maturity of the compost and shorten the composting period.The distiller's yeast contained bacterium,yeast and fungi while the bacterium and the fungi were the dominant factor in the distiller's yeast on cattle manure composting.
