平贝母无性系构件的结构及其生长规律

摘    要:为分析平贝母无性系结构及生长规律,采用大样本随机采样法,挖取长白山区栽培的平贝母单个无性系植株,调查和测定其无性系构件的组成及数量指标。结果表明,在平贝母果期,平贝母无性系构件由鳞茎、子鳞茎、茎、叶和果实组成。构件关系中,茎粗、地上生物量(鲜、干质量)与株高之间,茎粗与鳞茎生物量(鲜、干质量)、鳞茎直径之间,鳞茎生物量(鲜、干质量)与鳞茎直径之间均呈幂函数正相关(P<0.01),R2分别为0.492 1、0.756 9、0.454,0.544 5、0.362 6、0.521,0.673 5、0.453 8。叶长与叶宽之间呈指数函数的正相关(P<0.01),R2为0.453 5。表明茎粗、地上生物量与株高间、鳞茎生物量与鳞茎直径之间均为幂函数异速生长规律,而叶长与叶宽之间则呈指数函数异速的生长规律。

Abstract:In this paper,large and random sampling were adopted to analyze the structure and growth regulation of Fritillaria ussuriensis clone modules in Changbai mountains.The results showed that Fritillaria ussuriensis clone modules consisted of bulb,daughter bulbs,stem,leaves and fruit.In the fruiting period of Fritillaria ussuriensis,plant height showed positive relation to stem diameter,and the fresh and dried weight of above-ground plant parts,stem diameter showed positive relation to bulb diameter,and the fresh and dried weight of bulb showed positive relation to bulb diameter(P<0.01),with the R2 of 0.492 1,0.756 9,0.454,0.544 5,0.362 6,0.521;0.673 5 and 0.453 8,respectively.Leaf length and width were exponential patter positive correlation(P<0.01),with the R2 of 0.453 5.It is noted that plant height and stem diameter,and the fresh and dried weight of above-ground plant parts;stem diameter and bulb diameter,and the fresh and dried weight of bulb;bulb diameter and the fresh and dried weight of bulb communities were all accorded allometry with power function.Leaf length and width showed the allometry exponential patter.
