11种植物石细胞形成相关基因pal的生物信息学分析

摘    要:植物石细胞是植物类药材显微鉴别的重要依据特征。为了从分子水平鉴定植物药材,采用生物信息学方法对NCBI数据库中登录的11种植物的石细胞形成相关基因pal的完整编码序列进行了比对、分析。结果显示:11种植物的pal基因的完全编码序列从1 619bp到2 626bp不等,开放阅读框(ORF)序列长度在1 380bp和2 178bp之间,有相同的起始密码子和不同的起始位点、终止位点和终止密码子。11种植物的pal的氨基酸序列具有一定的同源性,特别是在从810到2 200位点的氨基酸序列的同源性较高。不同物种的pal基因在进化过程中产生的多样性,可为pal基因用于植物药材鉴定提供依据。

Abstract:Stone cell of plants is important microscopic feature which was used to identify Chinese medicine plant.In order to identify medicinal materials in molecular level,the present study compared and analyzed the complete coding sequences of stone cell formation associated gene pal in 11 kinds of plant species registered in NCBI database.The result showed that the pal gene in the 11 plant species had different complete coding sequences with length from 1 619 bp to 2 626 bp.ORF(open reading frame) sequence length of the pal gene was from 1 380 bp to 2 178 bp.The pal gene in the 11 plant species had different initiation sites,stop sites and stop codon.The pal in the 11 plant species had amino acid sequence homology,especially from 810 to 2 200.So it is hoped to provide research foundation for identification of Chinese medicine plant according to the diversity of pal during the evolutionary process.
