高效氯氰菊酯对草鱼鳃和脾脏溶菌酶活性的影响

摘    要:研究了暴露在高效氯氰菊酯中的草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idella)鳃和脾脏溶菌酶(LSZ)的活性变化。高效氯氰菊酯设5个剂量组,分别为0μg/L、0.5μg/L、1.0μg/L、3.0μg/L和5.0μg/L组,每组分别于1d、5d和12d取样,测定鳃和脾脏LSZ活性。结果显示,在暴露1d、5d时,鳃LSZ活性表现为:0.5μg/L组(82.701、117.334U/g)和1.0μg/L组(103.703、128.167U/g)组显著或极显著上升(P<0.05,P<0.01),3.0μg/L组(40.045、31.357U/g)和5.0μg/L组(23.421、15.433U/g)显著或极显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01);暴露12d时,鳃LSZ活性表现为:0.5μg/L组(38.489U/g)、1.0μg/L组(30.247U/g)、3.0μg/L组(20.694U/g)和5.0μg/L组(9.668U/g)酶活均极显著下降(P<0.01)。暴露1d时,脾脏LSZ活性表现为:0.5μg/L(68.232U/g)、1.0μg/L(90.884U/g)、3.0μg/L(116.219U/g)和5.0μg/L(60.636U/g)组均极显著上升(P<0.01);暴露5d,脾脏LSZ活性表现为:0.5μg/L(86.718U/g)、1.0μg/L(108.394U/g)和3.0μg/L(98.194U/g)组极显著上升(P<0.01),5.0μg/L(21.395U/g)组极显著下降(P<0.01);暴露12d,0.5μg/L(100.422U/g)、1.0μg/L(80.605U/g)组极显著上升(P<0.01),3.0μg/L(30.853U/g)和5.0μg/L(12.046U/g)显著或极显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01)。表明高效氯氰菊酯对草鱼鳃和脾脏具有明显的毒害作用。

Abstract:The change on the activity of lysozyme in gill and spleen of grass carp exposed to different concentration of beta-cypermethrin was studied in this paper.The concentrations of beta-cypermethrin used in the experiment were 0 μg/L,0.5 μg/L,1.0 μg/L,3.0 μg/L and 5.0 μg/L,respectively.The activities of gill and spleen lysozyme were determined on the first,fifth and twelfth days of each group.The results showed that 0.5 μg/L and 1.0 μg/L groups of gill LSZ activities increased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01) while for the 3.0 μg/L and 5.0 μg/L groups decreased remarkably(P<0.05 or P<0.01) when exposed to the first day and fifth day of the samples.Gill LSZ activities of the 0.5 μg/L,1.0 μg/L,3.0 μg/L and 5.0 μg/L groups decreased remarkably(P<0.01) when exposed to the twelfth day.In the case of spleen,when exposed to the first day,the LSZ activities for 0.5 μg/L,1.0 μg/L,3.0 μg/L and 5.0 μg/L groups increased significantly(P<0.01).The LSZ activities for the 0.5 μg/L,1.0 μg/L and 3.0 μg/L groups increased remarkably(P<0.01) while the 5.0 μg/L group LSZ activities decreased significantly(P<0.01) when exposed to the fifth day.When exposed to twelfth day,LSZ activities of the 0.5 μg/L and 1.0 μg/L groups increased signi-ficantly(P<0.01).Accordingly,LSZ activities of the 3.0 μg/L and 5.0 μg/L groups decreased remarkably(P<0.05 or P<0.01).It indicates that beta-cypermethrin has significant toxic effect on the gill and spleen of grass carp.
