盐碱地野生能源植物筛选初探

摘    要:为有效利用盐碱荒地,发展适合生长的能源植物,测定了16种植物的植株含油量和8种植物的抗性生理指标。结果显示:野生蓖麻含油量(13.9%)最高,其次分别是小蓟(12.5%)、萝摩(11.2%)、地锦(10.0%)、大蓟(9.27%)、续随子(9.25%)、蒲公英(7.75%)、山苦荬(7.63%)、乳浆大戟(6.57%);8种植物的抗寒性强弱为:麻疯树、野生蓖麻>乌桕>银合欢>蒲公英、山苦荬>地锦、萝摩;8种植物的抗旱性强弱为:麻疯树、乌桕>银合欢>野生蓖麻、萝摩>地锦>山苦荬>蒲公英。综合考虑,野生蓖麻植株和种子含油量高,植株高大,抗逆性强,是有潜力的野生草本能源植物;麻疯树植株和种子含油量亦高,抗逆性最强,是有潜力的野生木本能源植物。

Abstract:In order to make good use of the saline-alkaline soils and select the appropriate energy plants,the oil content of 16 kinds of plants and the physiological indexes related with resistance of 8 kinds are measured.The result showed that oil content of Ricinus communis L.is the highest,up to 13.9%,followed by Centipeda minima(L.)A.B.et Ascher(12.5%),Metaplexis japonica(Thunb.)Makino(11.2%),Euphorbia humifusa wild(10.0%),Cephalanoplos setosum(Willd.)(9.27%),Kitam.Euphorbia lathyris.(9.25%),Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz.(7.75%),Ixeris chinensis(Thunb.)Nakai(7.63%),Euphorbia esula Linn.(6.57%).The order of the iciness resistance in the 8 plants was:Jatropha curcas L.=Ricinus communis L.>Sapium sebiferum(L.) Roxb> Leucaena glauca>Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz=Ixeris chinensis(Thunb.)Nakai>Euphorbia humifusa Wild.=Metaplexis japonica(Thunb) Makino.For the drought resistance,Jatropha curcas L.=Sapium sebiferum(L.)Roxb.>Leucaena glauca>Ricinus communis L.=Metaplexis japonica(Thunb.)Makino>Euphorbia humifusa Wild>Ixeris chinensis(Thunb.)Nakai>Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz.This suggested that Ricinus communis L.and Jatropha curcas L. may be the best potential wild energy plants because of their high oil content and good resistance.
