文冠果光合日变化及其与环境因子相关性的初步研究

摘    要:使用CIRAS-2便携式光合作用测定仪测定了文冠果净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度的日变化以及光合有效辐射、大气温度、大气CO2浓度等环境因子的日变化。结果表明,自然光照条件下,文冠果净光合速率和蒸腾速率日变化呈双峰曲线,有光合"午休"现象。净光合速率与蒸腾速率、光合有效辐射、大气温度呈显著正相关,与胞间CO2浓度呈显著负相关;胞间CO2浓度与大气CO2浓度呈显著正相关,与光合有效辐射、大气温度呈显著负相关;气孔导度与大气温度、叶温呈显著负相关;叶温和大气温度、光合有效辐射呈显著正相关。

Abstract:CIRAS-2 portable photosynthesis system was adopted to studied the diurnal variations of net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomata conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration in Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge,photosynthetically active radiation,air tempreture and air CO2 concentration.The results showed that net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge presented a double-peak curve.There appeared a phenomenon of photosynthesis "midday depression".There were significant positive relationships between net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate,photosynthetically active radiation,air tempreture.There was negative relationship between net photosynthetic rate and intercellular CO2 concentration.The air CO2 concentration showed significant positive relationship with intercellular CO2 concentration.There were significant negative relationships between photosynthetically active radiation,air tempreture and intercellular CO2 concentration;Stomata conductance showed significant negative relationships with air tempreture and leaf tempreture.There were significant positive relationships between air tempreture,photosynthetically active radiation and leaf tempreture.
