重金属Cr6+胁迫对玉米幼苗生理生化特性的影响

摘    要:研究了不同浓度(0,10,20,50,100 mg/L K2Cr2O7)Cr6 胁迫对玉米幼苗根和上胚轴中脯氨酸(Pro)和丙二醛(MDA)含量、细胞膜透性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及过氧化物酶(POD)等保护酶活性的影响。结果表明,随着Cr6 胁迫浓度的增加,根和上胚轴中Pro含量呈先升后降的趋势,MDA含量和细胞膜透性则持续递增,SOD活性逐渐下降,POD活性先升后降。且根部对Cr6 胁迫的反应较上胚轴敏感。

Abstract:The effects of different concentrations of Cr~6 (0,10,20,50,100 mg/L K_2Cr_2O_7)on the content of Pro,malondialdehyde(MDA),membrane permeability,activities of protective enzyme SOD and POD in roots and epicotyls of maize seedlings were studied.The results were as the follows: with the rising of Cr~6 concentration,the Pro content in both root and epicotyls was first up and then down;the content of MDA and membrane permeability increased continuously;SOD activity deceased gradually and POD activity was first up and then down.Furthermore,the roots were more sensitive than epicotyls to Cr~6 ion stress.
