八仙花叶点霉菌生物学特性的研究

摘    要:用PSA培养基对八仙花叶点霉菌 (PhyllostictahydrangeaeEll.etEv .)在不同温度下进行培养比较 ,结果表明 ,菌丝生长适宜温度为 2 0~ 30℃ ,最适为 30℃ ,产孢适宜温度为 30~35℃ ,最适温度为 35℃。不同光照处理 ,室内连续光照下菌落生长量最小 ,1 2h光照 1 2h黑暗下产孢量最大 ,全黑暗下产孢量最小。病菌对碳源的利用 ,以木糖、葡萄糖对菌落发育最好 ,可溶性淀粉最差 ;产孢以葡萄糖最好 ,甘露醇和可溶性淀粉最差。对氮源的利用 ,以硝酸钾为氮源菌落发育最好 ,对磷酸二氢铵的利用能力最差 ;产孢以天门冬酰胺最好 ,氯化铵、蛋白胨和磷酸二氢铵不产孢。

Abstract:The comparison test on PSA medium at different temperatures showed that for the mycelial growth of Phyllosticta hydrangeae,the range of temperature was 20~30 ℃,the optimum being 30 ℃. For the sporulation ,the range of temperature was 30~35 ℃,the optimum being 35 ℃.The colony diameters at 12 h light and 12 h darkness were not significant.The treatment of darkness and light or with alternative light have significant on sporulation.The pathogen grew well on the wedia using gluose and xylose as carbon sources and it was suitable for sproulation of pathogen using KNO_3 as nitrogen sources,xylose as carbon sources and asparaging as nitrogen sources.
