摘    要:自2009年以来,从山东、甘肃等11省采集土样74份,通过稀释平板法共分离菌株198株,其中真菌46株,细菌68株,放线菌84株.通过小麦白粉菌孢子萌发抑制试验和小麦离体叶药效试验的初步筛选,共得到3株防效较好的菌株.将所筛选的3个菌株进行田间防效试验,结果表明:放线菌DL26和PJ2对小麦白粉病抑制能力较强,病情指数...

Abstract:74 soil samples were collected from 11 provinces in China since 2009.With these samples,a total of 198 isolates including 46 fungal isolates,68 bacterial isolates and 84 actinomycial isolates,were isolated by dilution-plate method.According to the ability to inhibit asexual spore germination on slides and to curb the disease development on detached wheat leaves,three promising isolates were singled out.The three isolates were used in wheat adult stage for further disease control experiment in greenhouse.The results indicated that 2 actinomycial isolates,DL26 and PJ2,considerably curbed the development of wheat powdery mildew,and their control efficacies reached 74.43% and 70.01%,respectively.The experiment also indicated that wheat plant height and 1000-seed weight were significantly influenced.The plant height and 1000-seed weight of wheat treated with isolates DL26 and PJ2 were 76.39cm and 74.65cm,41.21g and 40.69g,respectively,which were significantly more than CK(67.73cm,32.55g).The plant hight of DL26-treated wheat was significantly higher than triadimefon-treated wheat,and the 1000-seed weight of wheat treated by the two isolates was significantly more than that treated by triadimefon.
