吲哚-3-丁酸诱导陆地棉茎枝无土扦插生根优化条件初探

摘    要:为了优化吲哚-3-丁酸(IBA)对陆地棉茎枝无土扦插生根条件,采用高质量浓度速蘸(500、600、700、800、900、1000mg/L条件下10s)和低质量浓度慢蘸(20、30、40、50、100、150、200、250、300mg/L条件下24h)2种方式处理陆地棉茎枝,并进行无土扦插。结果表明,700mg/L10s速蘸或30mg/L24h慢蘸老茎枝,500mg/L 10s速蘸或30mg/L 24h慢蘸嫩枝,6周后,插条成活率为60%~100%,成活茎枝生根株率达100%,每插条生根数11~15根,平均根长4~6cm,以上指标均高于蘸水对照(30mg/L24h慢蘸成活率除外)。该条件可作为IBA诱导促进陆地棉茎枝无土扦插生根的理想条件。在生产中有一定应用价值。

Abstract:To explore the optimum conditions which promote rooting of stem and branches of upland cotton(G.hirsutum L.) induced by indole-3-butyric acid in soilless cuttings,experiments were carried out in a greenhouse to investigate the effects of different indolebutyric acid(IBA) levels in concentrated solution(6 concentration gradient +10 seconds immersion),diluted solution(9 concentration gradient+24 hours immersion).It was found that both treatments(IBA at 700mg/L concentration10s or 30mg/L 24h to treat hardwood stem branches and 500mg/L concentration10s or 30mg/L 24h to treat softwood branches)gave significantly better results in terms of survival rate of 60%-100%,100% rooting percentage,average root number 11-15 and average root length 4-5cm.The optimum conditions are very useful to research and agricultural production.
