蛋鸡群卡氏杆菌感染情况的初步研究

首次报道了我国鸡场中鸭卡氏杆菌的感染情况。利用流行病学、临床观察、病理剖检、微生物学、分子生物学及血清学等方法研究表明,所调查的12个鸡场均有卡氏杆菌感染,平均抗体阳性率为48.4%,发病期为26~101周龄,典型症状是产蛋下降,病鸡腹部下垂、着地,行走如企鹅状,触之有波动感。剖检变化主要为卵黄性腹膜炎、输卵管炎或输卵管囊肿。从病鸡的卵巢、输卵管、肝脏等分离的细菌经鉴定为鸭卡氏杆菌,药敏试验显示,所有菌株仅对头孢类、阿莫西林、氨苄西林、氟苯尼考等药物高度敏感,而对其余大多数抗生素均不敏感。同时也分离到大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌。结果提示:我国鸡群中的卡氏杆菌感染可能已相当普遍,有必要对其影响做出客观评价。

A Premilinary Study of Gallibacterium anantis Infection in Laying Hens

Gallibacterium anantis infection in laying hens is firstly reported in China in this paper.Clinical cases from 12 different flocks were examined using general pathology,serology and isolation and identification of pathogen.The results showed that Gallibacterium anatis infection was common in all 12 flocks studied and that a mean percentage of 48.4% serologically positive to Gallibacterium anatis was revealed.Gallibacterium strains were isolated from salpinx,ovary,liver,spleen and up-respiratory tract of diseased chickens and characterized by microbiologic.All Gallibacterium isolates were highly sensitive to the third generation cephalosporin in antimicrobial resistance testing.
