摘    要:以光蜡树幼苗为材料,研究了NaCl胁迫对其保护酶活性的影响。结果显示:随着NaCl处理浓度的升高,丙二醛含量呈上升趋势,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均先上升后下降。光蜡树在低浓度NaCl处理下能够维持较高的保护酶活性和较低的膜脂过氧化作用,具有一定的耐盐潜力。

Abstract:Activities of cell defense enzymes in the leaves of Fraxinus griffithii seedlings were studied under salt stress.The results showed that, with the increase of salt content,the content of MDA raised,while the activities of SOD,POD and CAT increased at first and then decreased.In lower NaCl solutions,the activities of cell defense enzymes maitained a higher level and lipid peroxidation a lower level.This suggested that the Fraxinus griffithii seedlings have the potential to survive under NaCl stress.
