摘    要:研究了从云南多种作物根际土壤中分离到的7株促生细菌,编号分别为S1、S2、S3、S4、S5、S6和S7。筛选出对番茄促生明显的菌株。盆栽60 d后对接种过7株促生细菌的番茄的多项指标,如株高、根长、茎粗、鲜重、干重进行测试,数据用SAS软件t检验方法进行统计分析。结果显示,7个菌株对番茄生长均有促生作用,以S3菌株表现最佳,可使番茄株高、根长和茎粗增加40.21%、42.29%和27.08%;使番茄地上部鲜重增长123.83%,干重增长78.40%。其次为菌株S1、S2、S4、S5、S7,均能不同程度促进番茄的生长。

Abstract:The 7 PGPR strains isolated from the Yunnan many kinds of crops rhizosphere soil were studied,the number from S1,S2,S3,S4,S5,S6 and S7.The obvious strains which improved to tomato growth were found.Through pot experiment,many indexes of tomatoes which inoculated 7 PGPR strains were determined.The main indexes were plant height,root length,stem width,fresh weight and dry weight.The data was analyzed by SAS t-test.The results showed that all of the PGPR strains improved the growth of tomatoes.The best one was...
