摘    要:为探讨不同生物肥处理土壤微生物量碳、氮(C、N)对温度、水分条件的响应,以山东鲁青青菜为供试材料,通过室内培养试验,以单施有机肥为对照,研究3种不同生物肥(中和牌、NST型及爸爱我)配合有机肥处理在温度25℃、35℃,水分45%、60%、75%、90%下对土壤中微生物量C、N含量的影响。结果表明,单施有机肥,土壤微生物量C、N在25℃,田间持水量75%培养时最大;中和牌生物肥与有机肥配施处理在25℃,田间持水量60%培养时最佳;NST型生物肥与有机肥配施处理在25℃,田间持水量60%时最佳;爸爱我生物肥与有机肥配施处理对温度、水分的适宜性较强,其最佳培养条件为温度25℃,田间持水量60%或75%。不同生物肥处理对温度、水分的响应具有一定的差异性。

Abstract:In order to investigate the response of soil biomass C and N to the conditions of tempe-rature and moisture,laboratory experiments were carried out to examine the effects of different bio-fertilizers on soil microbial biomass C and N with different temperature(25,35 ℃)and field moisture capacity(45%,60%,75%,90%).In this study,four treatments consisted of organic fertilizer only(CK),Zhonghe bio-fertilizer combined with organic fertilizer(ZHH),NST bio-ferti-lizer combined with organic fertilizer(NST) and BIO bio-fertilizer combined with organic fertilizer(BIO).Results showed that CK had the optimal soil microbial biomass under the condition of temperature 25 ℃ and field moisture capacity 75%;Both ZHH and NST had the optimal soil microbial biomass under the condition of temperature 25 ℃ and field moisture capacity 60%;BIO had a strong suitability of temperature and moisture,getting the optimal soil microbial biomass under the condition of temperature 25 ℃ and field moisture capacity 60% or 75%.
