猫爪草遗传多样性的ISSR分析

摘    要:应用ISSR分子标记技术对信阳5种叶型猫爪草进行了ISSR分析,探索不同叶型猫爪草间的遗传多样性。结果表明,11个ISSR引物共扩增出137条带,多态性条带106条,多态性比率为77.37%。引物ISSR12能够区分猫爪草的5种叶型。提示ISSR标记适合于构建猫爪草的DNA指纹图谱、品种鉴定和遗传多样性分析。

Abstract:Five leaf types of Ranunculus ternatus Thunb.were used as materials to study the genetic diversity by ISSR marker technique.The results showed that eleven primers produced highly reproducible ISSR bands.Among 137 amplified bands,there were 106 polymorphism bands and the percentage of polymorphic bands(PPB) reached to 77.37%.Five leaf types of Ranunculus ternatus Thunb.could been distinguished with a single primer ISSR12.So ISSR marker technique was suitable for DNA fingerprinting,varieties identification,and genetic diversity analysis of Ranunculus ternatus Thunb.
