摘    要:以玉米品种沈玉17为试材,研究了盐胁迫条件下外源一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)供体硝普钠(sodium nitroprusside,SNP)对玉米种子萌发及其根、芽生长的影响。结果表明:在100 mmol/L的NaCl胁迫条件下,SNP溶液处理可以不同程度恢复玉米种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数,促进盐胁迫下根、芽的生长,且以浓度为100μmol/L的SNP溶液处理效果最好。表明,SNP溶液处理提高了盐胁迫下玉米种子活力和根、芽的生长,从而增强了玉米的抗盐性,并且不同浓度的SNP溶液处理对玉米抗盐性影响的程度不同。

Abstract:The effects of exogenous nitric oxide(NO) on the seed germination,root and bud growth of maize variety Shenyu17 was studied under salt stress condition.The results indicated that SNP addition could improve the germination rate,germination percentage,seeding vigor and vigor index of maize,and promote the root and shoot growth under NaCl(100mmol/L) stress.100μmol/L SNP was the best treatment concentration.This suggested that the exogenous NO had the function of improving the vigor of maize seed and the metabolizing level of root and bud,so as to enhance the salt-tolerant ability of maize.Furtherfore,different concentrations of SNP solution for treating the seeds had different effects on the salt-tolerant ability of maize.
