摘    要:为探讨秸秆育苗容器在厌氧条件下的生物可降解性能,以厌氧发酵罐中的沼渣为接种物,微晶纤维素和聚丙烯(PP)为阳性和阴性对照,利用排水法测定参试样品的总产气量,采用气相色谱测定甲烷和二氧化碳的产生量。结果表明:4周内,粉状和片状秸秆育苗容器降解率分别达到了27.5%和23.0%,粉状秸秆育苗容器甲烷和二氧化碳产生量大于片状秸秆育苗容器,表明秸秆育苗容器在厌氧条件下具有一定的生物降解性能。

Abstract:In order to study on biodegradability of straw seedling container under anaerobic condition,by using biogas residues in the anaerobic digester as the inoculum,microcrystalline cellulose and polypropylene as the positive and negative contrast,the experiment determined the total gas of the samples by the drainage method and volume of methane and carbon dioxide by gas chromatography.After 4 weeks,the volume of methane and carbon dioxide from farinose straw seedling container was higher than from sheet straw seedling container,and the degradation rates were 27.5% and 23.0%,respectively.Therefore,straw seedling container had certain biodegradability under anaerobic condition.
