5-对氯苯基-2-间甲基苯甲酰胺基-1,3,4-噻二唑对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:用不同质量浓度(0、6、8、10、12、14mg/L)的5-对氯苯基-2-间甲基苯甲酰胺基-1,3,4-噻二唑对小麦进行浸种和苗期水培处理,研究了其对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,5-对氯苯基-2-间甲基苯甲酰胺基-1,3,4-噻二唑处理后小麦种子发芽势(第3天)、发芽率(第7天)比对照显著增加,差异达极显著水平;处理组幼苗根长、芽长、根系活力以及叶片叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质含量(第7天)也显著增加。说明该药物处理对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长具有明显的促进效应,其中以10mg/L效果最好。

Abstract:The effects of 5-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-(3-methyl-benzomino)-1,3,4-thiadiazole with different concentrations (0,6,8,10,12 and 14mg/L) on the germination rate of wheat seeds and the growth of seedlings were evaluated in water culture tests.The results showed that the germination energy and the germination rate increased significantly,compared to the control.Furthermore,the length of root and shoot,the root activity and the content of chlorophyll and soluble protein were also increased.This indicated that 5-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-(3-methyl-benzomino)-1,3,4-thiadiazole could obviously improve the seed germination and seedling growth of wheat.The best effect came from the 10mg/L treatment.
