| Abstract: | The paper reviewed the origins,the influential factors and the check methods of wheat somaclonal variation and its applications in germplasm creation including agronomic traits,resistance,kernel quality,etc and discussed the existing problems of somaclonal variation in wheat.At the same time,the perspectives of somaclonal variation in wheat were highlighted. |
