陈化烟叶中细菌基因组DNA的提取及其多样性分析

摘    要:以陈化10个月的河南襄城NC89烟叶为材料提取烟叶中细菌的基因组总DNA,并通过PCR—变性梯度凝胶电泳技术(DGGE),研究烟叶中细菌的多样性。结果发现,烟叶中细菌基因组16SrDNA V3区的PCR—DGGE图谱至少存在25条可分辨条带,其中4条亮度较强,表明陈化烟叶中细菌区系组成较多,优势种群可能有4种。

Abstract:The total DNA of microbes from tobacco leaves of variety NC89 ageing for 10 months was isolated and analyzed by PCR-DGGE to study the bacteria diversity.The result of DGGE showed that at least 25 bands could be distinguished,4 of which were bright,indicating that there probably were many kinds of bacterial species and 4 species were predominant.
