黄芪多糖的提取和纯化方法研究

摘    要:通过水提醇沉、碱提醇沉及碱醇提醇沉等方法提取黄芪多糖,并用不同的絮凝剂对提取的粗黄芪多糖进行纯化,采用苯酚-浓硫酸法测定多糖含量。结果表明,碱醇提醇沉得到的多糖最多,并且纯度也较高。Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂可以较好地除去黄芪多糖提取液里的杂质,进而提高黄芪多糖的纯度。

Abstract:To study the optimal technique of producing Astragalus mongholicus,three solvents,water,alkali,and alkaline-ethanol,were selected for the extracting and purifying processes and several flocculation were used for the purification of coarse polysaccharides.The content of polysaccharides was assayed by phenol-oil of vitriol.The results showed that the using of alkaline-ethanol get evidently more polysaccharides and highest purity compared to other methods.The type Ⅱ clarifier ZTC1+1 could remove most of the impurity in coarse extracts.
