云南柯街地区桔小实蝇种群动态及主要影响因子分析

摘    要:于2007-2008年连续2 a采用性诱剂诱捕法,对云南柯街地区桔小实蝇种群动态进行了全年监测,并就气象因子及寄主植物对种群数量变动的影响进行了综合分析。结果表明:桔小实蝇在柯街地区全年发生,冬季种群数量较低,夏季种群数量高,且种群增长呈单峰型,高峰期出现在7月或8月。相关分析表明,月平均温度、月平均最低温度、月平均最高温度、月降雨量等是影响桔小实蝇种群数量变化的主要气象因子。主成分分析、回归分析等结果揭示,温度是影响桔小实蝇种群数量变动的关键因子。当地寄主种类多,种植面积大,挂果时间长,为桔小实蝇提供丰富的食物资源,是桔小实蝇种群数量变动的重要原因之一。

Abstract:Annual monitoring was conducted on the populating dynamics of the oriental fruit fly,Bactrocera dorsalis(Diptera:Tephritidae) through methyl eugenol-baited traps during 2007-2008 in Kejie,Yunnan.The impact of temperature,rainfall and host species on populaton fluctuations were analyzed.The results showed that the fruit fly existed all year round in Kejie.Its population quantity remained low in winter and increased steadily in summer,reached the peak in July or August.The correlated analysis indicated that monthly mean,minimum and maximum temperature and monthly rainfall were the crucial factors influencing the population fluctuations.The path analysis and the stepwise regression analysis showed that temperature was the main factor that influenced the population fluctuations.Abundant fruit species provided the fly with a continual supply of food,whicht were also deemed as another important factor influencing the population variation.
