| 摘 要： | 通过室内砂培试验和田间小区试验,研究了10倍、50倍、100倍、150倍EM包衣对玉米种子萌发及产量的影响,结果表明,EM包衣能够促进玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长,使种子发芽率提高2个百分点至8.5个百分点,进而提高了产量,且EM原液稀释10倍包衣的效果好于其他处理,比对照增产10.37%。

| Abstract: | The sand culture method and Micro-field trials were carried out to study the effect of EM seed-coating on seed germination and yield of maize using 10,50,100,150 time dilution of EM seed-coating agent.The results indicated that the treatments with EM seed-coating could promote the seed germination and seedling growth of maize and increase the germination percentage by 2%8.5% and then enhanced the yield.The effect of EM with ten time dilution was better than other treatments,which yielded 10.37% higher than the control. |
